We work with you to create a home design that meets your requirements of exactly what you need in your new home. At this step we discuss pricing and any additional upgrades that you may require.

3. Pre-Construction

We're ready to start building! At this stage we discuss all the components which will make your project a success. Our designers will work with you to ensure you're getting maximum quality and return on your investment.

4. Construction

Take a seat and watch our experts start building the home of your dreams. We make the process completely transparent so you are able to watch our teams work on your home to ensure your satisfaction is met.

5. Home Sweet Home

Our team will assist you with the first few days and weeks as you get used to your new home. We'll teach you how to use and utilize all the systems of your new custom home for maximum comfort and usability.

6. On-going Support

We understand you may have questions or concerns from time to time. We ensure we're available 7 days a week to ensure any of your concerns are immediately put to rest. We're here to assist you!
